I used to work for Discovery Education and so had the vehicle to do some of my best work - so am showing a bit of it off!
Essentially Discovery Education is the leading provider of digital content and professional development for K-12 classrooms. So the subject material is mostly STEM (Science - Technology - Education - Math).
One of the sites I worked on was a partnership between Toyota and Discovery which targeted safe teen driving. I would have liked to showcase that here as I wrote a really neat video player for that site but I see that the entire site has been re-developed and my video player has disappeared.
But here are three sites that are going strong and are almost exactly as I left them.
Just click the icons below to visit the live sites.

Below are some projects I've worked
An Online Calendar Just click a cell and a create event box appears.
Fill it out selecting your dates.

And after submitting here is your event. It starts on the 11th & repeats every 3 days & ends on the 22nd.
Editing or Deleting is as simple as clicking the event.

An instance of Google Maps
Place your locations on the map and let your customers choose which one to visit.

Your customers can easily get driving directions by entering or clicking their location - then clicking your location's icon - then clicking GO.
Creating a marker (icon) at an address is as easy as clicking a map point then clicking the Create New icon!
And if you need to change it's location just drag it - deleting it is as simple as clicking the trash icon.

A CMS / Shopping Cart
Many features not mentioned here - I just touch on a few highlights.
This is a page displaying products. The site uses a dhtml menu that is written from products in your database. It is updated whenever you update your products.

When you add an item to your cart, your cart displays near the item you just added so you can see whats all in it and your total et cetera. The button you see labeled Compare allows you to add items to a comparison list so you can view them side by side or can be used to save for later as well. Actually though your shopping cart will last for around a week of inactivity. So if you come back to the site within a weeks time your cart will still be there for you.

Here I'm showing the product comparison page. You can add as many items as you want for an easy side by side comparison.

Viewing a list of orders - click the eyeglass to the right to show order details. From that view one can edit and modify. Note that columns can be unchecked which will hide the column when printing or exporting. Can also filter rows in the same fashion. Many other features.
